Application of 30CrMnSiA steel, S650MC steel:30CrMnSiA steel is generally used after quenching and tempering. 30CrMnSiA steel is mainly used to manufacture various important parts with high load and high speed, such as gears, shafts, clutch friction plates, sprocket wheels, grinding wheel shafts, shaft sleeves, bolts, nuts, etc. 30CrMnSiA steel is also used for manufacturing wear-resistant parts with low working temperature and variable load welding components, such as blades, valve plates and non corrosive pipes and pipes of high-pressure blowers.

S650MC steel and so on steel structure engineering steel has good plasticity, which can make the structure have obvious deformation before being destroyed, so as to avoid brittle failure of structure. The Qatar Railways company launched a tender for designing ,construction and completion of Green Line Project. Our company has participated in the bidding from Qatar Railway Company since May, 2016. A delegation from project visited several famous S650MC steel pipe mill in China for 15 days in July,2016. Of course the delegations had visited our pipe mill.
