The advantages of S700MC hot rolled plate, seamless steel pipe are high pressure resistance, good toughness, long pipe section and few joints. It is widely used and the rolling technology of domestic steel mills is also very mature. Compared with round steel, the weight of seamless steel pipe is lighter under the same strength. Seamless steel pipe manufacturing ring parts, can improve the utilization of materials, simplify the manufacturing process, save materials and processing time. Compared with the welded pipe, there is no weld on the outer surface of seamless steel pipe, and it has good compression resistance.

Laser cutting S700MC hot rolled plate has no burr, wrinkle and precision is high. It is superior to plasma cutting. Laser cutting has good cutting quality, narrow cutting width (generally 0.1-0.5m m), high accuracy (generally 0.1-0.4mm hole center distance error, 0.1-0.5mm contour dimension error), good surface roughness (generally Ra is 12.5-25μm), and the S700MC hot rolled plate cutting seam can be welded without further processing. Fast cutting speed: for example, with 2kW laser power, the cutting speed of 8mm thick carbon steel is 1.6m/min.

We have lots of successful cases, for example in July 2015, we exported 5714 tons ASTM A36 mild steel plate to Peru.
