When 321 stainless steel contains about 18% Cr, 8% to 25% Ni, and about 0.1% C, it has a stable austenite structure. Austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel includes the famous 18Cr-8Ni steel and high Cr-Ni series steel developed by adding Cr and Ni content and adding Mo, Cu, Si, Nb, Ti and other elements on this basis. Grades S355MC hot-rolled pickled strip, Q345 (16Mn) and Q390 steel have good comprehensive mechanical properties, good welding performance, cold and hot workability and corrosion resistance. C, D, E grade steel has good low temperature toughness. Mainly used for ships, boilers, pressure vessels, petroleum storage tanks, bridges, power station equipment, lifting and transportation machinery and other higher-load welding structural parts.
