These SA283 GrC carbon steel plates EN10111 DD1 steel for cold forming automobile offer high strength, tensile, yield, mechanical strength, ductility, hardness, toughness, etc. Mild steel sheet is worked very easily in a high-temperature application and show excellent resistance to chloride crossing and cracking stress.
The thermal conductivity of NM360 wear-resistant plates is only 1/2 of that of carbon steel, EN10111 DD1 steel for cold forming automobile, and even in the high temperature stage of 900-1000℃, the thermal conductivity is lower than that of carbon steel at the same temperature. Therefore, the heating rate of the NM360 wear-resistant plate, especially in the low temperature stage, should be lower than that of carbon steel to avoid excessively steep internal temperature gradients and cracks.
