Every year, we support a lot of clients to win tenders and supply steel materials to their govenment progects or state owned enterprise. Until now, we have built s460 steel welding long-term cooperation for many govermental departments of different countries such as Peru, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Egypt, Qatar, etc.. And we have built certain influence and credibility on the International market.

We participated the National Railway tender of Bangladesh with our local agent together, and won the 1000 tons corten steel sheets order. The corten steel sheets are used to make train carriage. We finished production of the 1000 tons corten steel s460 steel welding sheets within 40 days, and arranged SGS test for the customer before shipment. The customer gave very high comments to our product and service quality, as well as fast delivery.

The main applications of normalizing are as follows:①For low carbon steel, s460 steel welding. The hardness of low carbon steel after normalizing is slightly higher than that after annealing, and the toughness is also better, so normalizing can be used as the pretreatment of cutting.②For medium carbon steel, normalizing can be used as the final heat treatment instead of quenching and tempering treatment, or as the preparation treatment before surface quenching by induction heating.③Normalizing can be used in tool steel, bearing steel, carburizing steel and so on, which can eliminate or inhibit the formation of network carbide, thus obtaining the good microstructure needed for spheroidizing annealing.④Normalizing can refine the cast structure and improve the machinability of steel castings.

s460 steel welding, 30CrMnSiA steel plate is a kind of low alloy high strength steel with medium carbon, high strength and good weldability.
