Participating tenders with clients is part of our S460 steel density business. Every year, we support a lot of clients to win tenders and supply steel materials to their govenment progects or state owned enterprise. Until now, we have built s460 steel density long-term cooperation for many govermental departments of different countries such as Peru, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Egypt, Qatar, etc.. And we have built certain influence and credibility on the International market.

Every customer who has visit us and witness the steel materials before delievry will be impressed by our quality control departemnt. Even not come to inspect the steel materials before delievry, our quality control departemnt will also send inspection report to the customer. For each order, no matter its quantity and value, our quality control departemnt will make strict inspection before delivery, the inspection contents include apperance, tolerance, dimension, mark, special requirements of customers, etc. To guarantee our steel materials sent to the customer is qualified.

The Peru customer has cooperated with us since April 2015, and then they purchased 300 tons A36 mild steel plates as trial order. Since then, they book more than 1000 tons from us every time, and about two times every year. They asked SGS test every time. Through our cooperation those years, we have built very good relationship and they entrust us to buy other related s460 steel density products for them from China also. And they have introduced us good customers in Peru, among which there are also governmental projects. It is a win-win cooperation between us.

Laser cutting s460 steel density has no burr, wrinkle and precision is high. It is superior to plasma cutting. Laser cutting has good cutting quality, narrow cutting width (generally 0.1-0.5m m), high accuracy (generally 0.1-0.4mm hole center distance error, 0.1-0.5mm contour dimension error), good surface roughness (generally Ra is 12.5-25μm), and the s460 steel density cutting seam can be welded without further processing. Fast cutting speed: for example, with 2kW laser power, the cutting speed of 8mm thick carbon steel is 1.6m/min.

Compared with carbon steel, low alloy steel has many advantages, such as high strength, good plasticity and toughness, good weldability, good cold and hot pressure processing performance, better corrosion resistance, etc. Due to the increase of s460 steel density metal composition, the yield point of low alloy steel structure is higher than that of ordinary carbon steel, so it is light and suitable for structural parts application. The low alloy steel is one of our main products.

We had a wonderful trip in Phuket Island, Thailand. At the end of 2019, in order to thank employees for their hard work for a year and enrich their lives, our company organized a pleasant trip to Phuket Island, Thailand. The tour lasted 6 days and 5 nights, and returned by plane on the evening of December 27. We took off in Zhengzhou at about 5 o'clock in the afternoon on the 22th December.
